Kim brings her full expertise, training, and years of experience to every session.

But like any skilled practitioner, she works with what's in front of her. If your body needs more restoration than challenge today — that's what the session becomes. If you arrive with more energy than last week — Kim sees that too.

A Meno-Movement session draws on a rich blend of movement disciplines — each one chosen because of what it offers the menopausal body specifically.

Some sessions begin with breath work and nervous system regulation — creating the conditions for your body to actually receive what comes next. From there the session might move into strength and bone building work — the non-negotiables for a body navigating hormonal change. Core stability, purposeful cardio, and metabolic work woven through where appropriate.

And when the body asks for it — fascia release, pelvic floor work, and stress relief and recovery. The movement that restores as much as it builds.

Every session is a conversation between Kim's expertise and your body's needs on that particular day. The result is always movement with purpose — never movement for its own sake.

Meno-Movement is designed for women at every stage of the menopause transition — perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause, and surgical menopause. You don't need to be fit to begin. You don't need experience with structured exercise.
