Kim Boswell has been in relationship with movement since she was seven years old.
A competitive gymnast through childhood and adolescence, she trained in a discipline that demands precision, physical intelligence, and an intimate understanding of what a body can do and how far it can be pushed. She was also a ballet and modern dancer her entire life — not as a hobby, but as a lifelong practice that deepened her understanding of breath, timing, control, and the body in space.
Long before any qualification, Kim understood the body the way musicians understand sound. It is in her. It is why she sees what other instructors miss.
Why she corrects with such precision. Why the women — and men — she works with consistently describe feeling truly understood in their bodies for the first time.
In 2015 Kim and her husband set sail from Cape Town, South Africa with their two children aboard. Over the years that followed they sailed 40,000 nautical miles — visiting some of the most remote and extraordinary places on earth. Places the average person simply cannot reach.
It demanded everything. Seamanship, navigation, risk management, resourcefulness, and the ability to stay calm and present when conditions changed without warning.
It was on the water that Kim's relationship with the ocean deepened into something permanent. She is an Open Water, Advanced and Rescue Diver. She holds her RYA Yachtmaster Offshore Skipper qualification. The ocean is not a backdrop for Kim. It is her world.
"The ocean doesn't care about your plans. It teaches you to read the conditions, trust yourself, and move with what's in front of you.
That's exactly what I help women do in menopause."
Kim has photographed manta rays in some of the most extraordinary dive sites in the world. She is drawn to them for a reason that goes beyond their beauty.
Every manta ray is entirely unique — identifiable by the individual markings it carries, different from every other in the ocean. No two are the same. Which is exactly how Kim approaches every woman who walks through her door.
Your experience of menopause is yours alone. Your body-map reflects that.
The 10 Strong Menopause Method was built on this truth — because what works for one woman will not work for another, and generic advice was never going to be enough.
This is not a tagline. It is the single most important truth Kim carries into every session, every consultation, and every conversation she has with the women she works with.
She has seen it proven over and over. The woman who arrives exhausted, confused, and disconnected from her body. Who has been dismissed by her GP, overwhelmed by conflicting information, and quietly convinced that this is simply what getting older feels like.
It is not.
Kim's work is rooted in the belief that this life stage is not a decline. It is a recalibration. And with the right support, the right movement, the right nourishment, and the right knowledge — the woman on the other side of this transition is stronger, clearer, and more deeply herself than she has ever been.
She's still in there. Kim's job is to help her find her way back.
